Cole & Alison: April 13, 2018

May 8, 2018

When Alison reached out to me to do her wedding florals we decided to meet up at Starbucks to talk about what she envisioned for her day.  As I sat and chatted with Alison and her friend Emma we discovered they both worked with our second son Austin!  I love when you meet someone for the first time and find out you know some of the same people which automatically gives you a connection!  Alison is the sweetest and I couldn’t of picked a better bride to start my 2018 wedding season with!

Alison’s beautiful bouquet was a combination cream, blush, peach, burgandy, and a hint of blue.   This color palette has been so popular and when you see how these colors photograph it is easy to see why!  The day of Alison’s wedding it began to rain about the same time they were scheduled to take pictures.  I am amazed at the beautiful pictures that came from this day!  Hillary Elise Photo did a fabulous job!  There were so many great pictures it was hard to choose!

The guys boutonniere’s had a mix of greenery with a little white limonium and blue thistle.  I loved the touch of copper wire around the stems.  The simplicity of these were perfect!

Alison and Cole took their pictures on the family farm in Carlock.  The area was beautiful!  Thank goodness for Google maps….I would of been lost for days!

Alison and Cole were married at Liberty Bible Church in Eureka.  It is a beautiful church with so many friendly people that were there to take care of all the details and make sure their day was perfect.

The reception was also held at the church and a wonderful meal was prepared by many friends!   Alison had so many little details that showed the hours she had put into planning her wedding day.  I took a few close up pictures of her tables.  The added copper wire to the simple glass floating candles were a simple but beautiful centerpiece.  I added eucalyptus down the center of the tables.  I also loved how the names were beautifully written on a silk magnolia leaf.  Alison had so many personal touches I can’t begin to share them all!

Thank you Alison and Cole for letting me be a part of your day!  It was a joy to get to know you!
